I went to stay because i have an interview at the US Ambassy. It was the closes hotel to the ambassy and it just 4minute walk. The road walk is really safe along the highway but it was safe,close and easier walk than i initial thought or expected bqsed on google map. The staff is really friendly and helpful. From the bellman,front office,housekeeping to their maintenent staff they were really great in their service. The accomodation is superb.

Excellent buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, business centre, free newspapers, clean room, excellent for handicapped person, excellent air condition and extra cold refrigerator. AC was on when we arrived 19C!, couch, lounge chair, tall extra large bed great for handicap person. Very quiet. I only saw or heard children in the swimming pool. OK.

The hotel is definitely well and strategically located. Walking distance to the LINC KL where you could find some good restaurants and Bens Independent Grocer. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Ample car park and complimentary when you check out. As you enter the lobby, your nose will immediately pick up the smell of lemon grass in the air. Calming effect for me. And also known to keep away the mosquitoes. The staffs, including the security guards, are warm, friendly and very helpful. Nini, helped me with the check-in and DM Nelly upon check-out. The room, bathroom and kitchenette are clean and well maintained. The blackout curtains made the room totally pitch dark for a great sleeping experience. The strong water pressure and nice hot water made showering great.

The check-in & check-out were seamless, and the reception was great and helpful. Took the pool view which was very nice especially at night, overlooking the tall buildings and many lights. Parking was easy too, near to the lift up to the hotel. A very suburban resort-like feel in the middle of the city. Good for chilling and working

It’s located near Jl Tun Razak, near all main facilities in KL. The suites are neat, spacious enough for an urban visit. Also, the gym is very well equipped.

Ease of check in. Experience made better by the desk manager Nini at the time of check in - who took the initiative to suggest a quieter room for my wife and I (thanks).

compared to hotels of similar and higher prices, the rooms were bigger in size, there is a kitchen, good breakfast and a nice bathroom. I stayed in the hotel 3 times so far and i plan to book again in the future if i ever need to go to KL again! the staff are nice and give leeway for requests, such as extending checkout time by 2 hours.

I loved the big room and the kitchen. It was one of the most comfortable hotels that I've ever stayed in. There was everything that a visitor might need. I loved that I could sit on a sofa and watch tv or sit in a really comfortable armchair and read or just lie in a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was great, the shower terrific. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was great too. We have been staying in hotels for the last 4 weeks. Micasa was without doubt the best.

The staff were polite, courteous, and attentive to my needs. The hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of the busy city that makes it a sweet escape from the outside noise. It was a calm and relaxing experience. The buffet breakfast was slightly above average, and catered to my taste buds well. The other thing I like is the free parking I get with no time limit to exit the building after validating your ticket. In terms of the room, I must say that it's one of the cleanest I've stayed in and very spacious considering that I was travelling alone.

One of my favorite places to work-staycation and Weekend Gateway. Nearby with all the attractions in the center of KL. The breakfast was superb and value for the money. The hot shower was superb. The bed was amazing.
